 Bo’s professional life began in sales with two of the largest privately held auto groups in the country.  During the next 7 years, Bo was actively involved in Direct Sales, Sales Training, Finance and Sales Management.  His responsibilities contributed to both auto group’s growth of sales, sales staff, profitability, and their consumer satisfaction index ratings.

After his career in high-end retail, Bo transitioned into the commercial insurance industry.   Bo’s work focused on insuring school districts in Ohio while working with public and private school officials to identify potential risks while maintaining budgeted annual insurance spending.  Bo was responsible for differentiating his services to attract new public/private school clients while maintaining strong, trusting relationships with existing clients.  After Bo received top awards in this role, Bo became a program manager for a comprehensive commercial insurance program to Anheiser-Busch Distributors throughout the United States.

In 2010, Bo joined the SURVE Partner team to take on the roll of Director of Client Relationship Development.  During his time with SURVE, Bo was responsible for attracting new clients, broadening and deepening relationships with existing clients and creating alliances with other organizations.  His responsibilities included the marketing and service deliverables for all of SURVE’s individual and corporate clients.

In 2014, Bo joined the Northwestern Mutual family with a high emphasis on working with the individuals, businesses, and the community to help deliver financial security through comprehensive planning. Bo recognizes that financial security means different things to different people so he and his team take great pride in the relationship-orientated process and value-based approach they share with each person they work with.  Bo is already involved in Northwestern Mutual’s Leadership program, College Internship development program, a P40 and BRONZE qualifier in his first year.
